Apprentice Induction Week 2009

Engineering Training Services organised a one week induction for 20 apprentices who started on their programme this year . Pictured here is a group of apprentices receiving workshop skills training with Martin McNeill (BMC). The week included the delivery of skills training, engineering drawing principles and a team building engineering problem solving exercise. Presentations were given by Sandvic (Tool cutting selection), WorksNI (Health and Safety regulations), Opportunity Youth (Pastoral Care) and ETC Awards (Career Development).
