Are you considering recruiting apprentices?

The Engineering Training Services (ETS) employer-led Modern Apprenticeship has been successfully running since 1997 with at least 80% of apprentices achieving qualifications in all required outcomes. This is attributed to a number of factors including the closely scrutinised recruitment process and the continuous assistance offered by ETS throughout the programme.
